K'Sante lane gets much better once the wave is parked near his tower or a wall, because Q3, W, and R stop being just damage buttons and start forcing the opponent through a bad path instead of a flat middle-of-lane trade
All Out is best spent on the diver or melee who already walked into your space and gave you a wall line, since ulting the first target you can touch often deletes your own peel and turns a winning setup into a bad isolation
Recent data says K'Sante is neither a pure lane bully nor a tank who can quietly wait for 35 minutes, so his good games usually come from reaching his resist spike on time and then using that sturdier midgame to force one ugly, terrain-heavy fight before Ornn- and Malphite-style scaling takes over
Start with the target who already volunteered to be close: the diver who crossed into your carry, the melee who stepped too far near a wall, or the frontliner whose position lets you separate them cleanly. Those ults keep the fight connected to your team and give you a real wall line to finish the combo. Skip the backliner fantasy if getting there means walking past peel or leaving your own backline exposed. A good K'Sante ult usually feels obvious one second before you press it: they are already in your space, their escape path is bad, and your team can still play the fight you leave behind.
