Quinn top is at her most unfair when every melee last-hit costs something: cash Harrier on time, use Q when the nearsight steals the return auto, and use E after the enemy has already chosen the dash or stick path that was supposed to make the trade real
Level 6 R is usually a wave-and-tempo spell first, because Quinn wins more when she shoves top, takes a bite out of the tower, and only then uses her speed to show up somewhere awkward than when she abandons a neutral lane on cooldown
Later on, Quinn should match her exposure to her build: burst setups want short touches and exits, crit setups can keep hitting longer, and both play better when they keep recycling marks on targets they can actually stay on than when they force one all-in leap at the backline
Leave top once the wave is doing work for you, not because R is available. The clean timer is usually crash the wave, make the enemy top choose between catching it or losing tower health, then move while they are still pinned there. If the lane is neutral and you leave anyway, you often trade your best pressure source for a low-value roam. If you are ahead, ask whether one more plate or a worse recall for them is guaranteed before you go. If you are behind, leave only when the wave is already settled and your speed gets you somewhere with numbers or cleanup value.
Valor, Quinn's Demacian eagle, periodically marks enemies with Harrier. Quinn's first basic attack against Harrier targets will deal bonus physical damage.
Quinn calls Valor to mark an enemy and hinder its vision before damaging all enemies in the immediate area.
Passively grants Quinn Attack Speed and Move Speed after she attacks a Harrier target. Activate to have Valor reveal a large area nearby.
Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage and slowing the target's Move Speed. Upon reaching the target, she leaps off the target, briefly interrupting it, and lands near her maximum Attack Range away from the target.
Quinn and Valor team up to fly around at great speed. Ending the ability casts Skystrike, which deals damage to nearby enemies and marks champions with Harrier.
